Privacy policy

• No tracking cookies. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or behavioral profiling.
• Privacy-preserving analytics. We use first-party analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible) that do not fingerprint visitors and do not set persistent identifiers across sites.
• Listener “heard” tracking is local. When you mark a segment as heard, that state is saved anonymously in your browser's localStorage. We do not see it. Clearing your browser data wipes it. There is no cross-device sync in V1.
• Newsletter signups. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and an optional source tag (e.g. which page you subscribed from). We use this only to send the newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share it. You can request deletion at any time via the contact address above.
• Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare Pages) records request metadata (IP, user-agent, path, timestamp) for short-term security and abuse monitoring. We do not aggregate or analyze these logs.

Terms of service

• As-is. This site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep transcripts and summaries accurate, but they are auto-generated and may contain errors. The canonical source for any episode is the original podcast.
• Linking is welcome. You may link to any page on this site without permission.
• Quoting is welcome with attribution. You may quote summaries or short transcript excerpts with credit (“via Russillo Life Advice” + a link).
• Please don't scrape transcripts in bulk. Our transcripts are written for human readers, not as a training corpus. See our llms.txt for the documented (permissive but bounded) position on AI crawling.
• Governing law. Any dispute arising out of use of this site is governed by the laws of [Thomas to fill: jurisdiction — depends on entity / US state] , without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Independence notice

This is an independent fan project. We have no commercial relationship with The Ringer, Spotify, Barstool Sports, or Ryen Russillo. All trademarks, episode titles, and audio rights remain with their respective owners; this site does not host audio and treats the underlying podcast as the canonical source.
